AI & Data Use Notice
How Famous Entertainment uses AI-assisted tools in the CRM and event operations workflow, with staff approval for customer-facing and high-impact actions.
Last updated: 26 May 2026
Why AI is used
Famous Entertainment uses AI-assisted tools to help staff manage event operations more consistently. AI may help draft summaries, follow-up suggestions, email drafts, task suggestions, risk flags, proposal notes, event briefs, and internal workflow recommendations.
AI is used as a staff assistant, not as an automatic decision-maker for important customer, booking, payment, or contract outcomes.
Human approval
- Staff review and approve customer messages before they are sent.
- Staff approve quotes, deposits, invoices, refunds, contract terms, booking status changes, contractor assignments, and package publication.
- AI-generated content may be edited, rejected, or ignored by staff.
Information AI may process
When relevant to an event workflow, AI tools may process enquiry details, customer messages, quote and agreement context, package details, event notes, operational tasks, communication history, and booking status.
We aim to limit AI prompts and outputs to information needed for the task being performed.
Limits and accuracy
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. They should not be treated as legal, financial, safety, venue, or professional advice.
Customers should rely on confirmed quotes, invoices, agreements, and direct written communications from Famous Entertainment, not draft AI suggestions or internal staff notes.
Customer choices
If you have concerns about AI-assisted handling of your enquiry or booking information, contact us and we will consider practical alternatives for your booking workflow where reasonable.
