We collect information you provide when you enquire, request a quote, book an event, use the client portal, upload event materials, communicate with us, or provide feedback.

  • Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, business or billing details.
  • Event details such as event type, date, venue, guest numbers, services requested, package preferences, notes, and uploaded inspiration files.
  • Booking records such as quotes, agreements, invoices, payments, tasks, communications, feedback, and operational notes.
  • Technical information such as device/browser details, approximate location from network data, cookies, analytics events, security logs, and IP address.

How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings, deliver event services, process payments, and provide customer support.
  • To operate the client portal and contractor portal, including secure links, one-time passcodes, uploads, event briefs, assignments, and status updates.
  • To send service-related communications by email, SMS, phone, or portal message.
  • To improve our website, packages, operations, security, staff workflows, and customer experience.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, tax, insurance, dispute, safety, and audit obligations.

AI-assisted operations

Famous Entertainment may use AI-assisted tools to draft summaries, staff task suggestions, follow-up drafts, risk flags, and operational recommendations. Staff remain responsible for approving customer messages, quotes, agreements, money changes, booking state changes, and other important decisions before they are sent or actioned.

We aim to use only the information needed for the operational task. Sensitive booking and customer context should not be used for public marketing without permission.

Sharing information

  • With staff and authorised contractors where needed to quote, plan, deliver, or reconcile an event.
  • With service providers that support our systems, including hosting, database, authentication, email, SMS, payment, storage, analytics, AI, maps, and security providers.
  • With payment, communication, or review platforms where required to complete a requested action.
  • With regulators, insurers, advisers, or authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and customers.

We do not sell customer personal information.

Storage, security, and retention

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, staff authentication, audit records, private storage for sensitive documents, and service-provider security controls.

We keep records for as long as needed for booking delivery, customer service, business administration, legal/accounting requirements, dispute handling, and legitimate operational history. We may delete or anonymise records when they are no longer needed.

Access, correction, and choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages where an unsubscribe option is provided. We may still send transactional or service messages about enquiries, quotes, bookings, payments, portal access, or event delivery.
